About the academy

Created from real recruitment insight in the steel market

Steel Solutions Academy was created after identifying a growing skills shortage within the steel recruitment market. Many companies need experienced steel candidates, but the available talent pool is limited, especially at junior level.

Compiled and facilitated by Nicola Prinsloo

The programme is compiled and facilitated by Nicola Prinsloo, with industry recruitment insight and support from Worxs4u / Reign Recruitment.

The academy introduces candidates to the basic foundations of the steel and allied industries before they enter the workplace, including terminology, product awareness, role expectations and workplace readiness.

Why non-accredited? Steel Solutions Academy is designed as a practical, introductory readiness programme rather than a formal qualification. This allows the content to stay focused on current entry-level workplace expectations, basic product awareness and the real gaps companies often see when juniors first enter the steel and allied industries.
